A monthly online drop-in, Brainspotting writing group to help you tell your story.
This group is held monthly on the first Wednesday of the month.
This group combines the transformative power of Brainspotting with the expressive freedom of writing. Together, we will access your creativity through guided exercises, allowing you to explore deeper layers of your inner world.
Whether you’re looking to overcome creative blocks, process emotions, or simply connect with your authentic voice, this non-judgemental community offers a safe environment to nurture your writing journey. Our focus is on support and guidance, not on critique or evaluation.
*The title and this work is supported by David Grand, PhD*

“Stepping Stones for Memoir Writers” uses a fluid structure to recall and record your personal history in a non-linear way to build into the collection of your personal history. Brainspotting supports deep recall and focused attention to interesting and valuable details of your history.
“Stepping Stones for Fiction Writers: Deepening Your Character Development” provides a simple yet profound structure that guides fiction writers to uncover events in their characters’ lives that shape, color, and foreshadow who they will become. Brainspotting is also used in these workshops to deepen the connection to their character and the creative writing process.
